As a person you uses them for like 12 hour a day non stop , I have to charge them 2 times a day , with one charge they go for five to five and a half hours without noise cancellation for the buds themselves not the case . For average person that much battery is enough but if you attend a lot of online meeting's/classes then you have to charge them in the case at least once a day.
