  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time varies based on your location:

    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/Whatsapp.

  • You can track your order status through our website.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team within 48 hours.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service and provide a resolution accordingly.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Changes to the shipping address can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, no modifications can be made.
