1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, courier disruptions, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all orders across India.

  • Shipping costs are included in the product price and no additional charges apply unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order status.

  • You can also track your order directly on our website using your order ID.

5. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support within 48 hours.

  • In case of lost shipments, TuneFit will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Please note that delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Shipping address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, TuneFit ships only within India.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.
